To unravel the secret behind Luhua Pool is the last session of the Luhua Landscape quest. Previously, you should complete several challenges including finding the Vermeer’s paintbrushes and getting the Strange Rocks around the Luhua Pool.
Once you successfully completed two previous challenges, you can then unravel the secret behind the Luhua Pool. To do it, you have to climb up the giant statues near Vermeer. You need to climb one of them slowly and carefully to save your stamina. To ease you climb the statue, you can also use the belt buckle as a rest spot.
After you reach a giant’s statue head, you can then interact with it and put one Strange Rocks into it. Whatever which one that you select, you have to do it by choosing the Rock then click Submit and then Give. Now, you have to repeat the process of inserting the Strange Rock with the second statue. To use less stamina, you can also use the battlement behind the statues.
Once you insert both Strange Rocks into the statues, you can drop down and head to the element node where Vermeer has been standing next to. Then, you can bring out a party member which has Geo powers and smack the node to activate it.
How if you do not have party members with Geo? To solve it, you can choose to fast travel to the Geo Statue of the Seven which is south of Dunyu Ruins and choose Resonate with Geo, then you need to go back. Once you activate the node, you should eliminate three mini-bosses in just 90 seconds. To note, this battle is not hard especially if you have the right party members to battle the Elementals rightly.
On the other hand, the elementals here are also known as abyss mages including Cryo Mage, Pyro Mage and Hydro Mage. Well, by defeating them, the door will finally open which has a secret. Afterwards, what you have to do is to walk along through the door and loot the chest in the center of the room.
Moreover, the chest that you find inside the ruins may contain different items including Primogems, artifacts as well as the scoring items like Experience Point and Hero’s Wit. For a clue, the chest in the middle could be a Hero’s Wit, or also artifacts. You should know that there are more treasures that you can find in the room. So, ensure to kill the spiders and catch them as much as possible.
If you have looted the temple and then return back to Vermeer near the Luhua Pool Ruins, it means that the Luhua Landscape quest is totally done. You can then talk to Vermeer to claim the rewards, obtaining the five Primogems. The main Genshin Impact currency here can be used to purchase Fates and Wishes.

To reach the location, you should walk away from the ruins and turn westward to spot the brush glowing on the ground near the broken bridge. Roaming around the Luhua Pool is such an easiest way to find the Strange Rocks. In the way of investigating the Strange Rocks, you should head north to the lake and then start finding the item which emits the same sparkle as the previous Strange stone that you got from Vermeer.
Additionally, you can also look for another Strange Rocks around three areas within the lake area. For more clues, you can find another Strange Rock around the south side of Luhua Pool near the rocky outcroppings.
The only possible hardness that you may get in looking for the Strange Rocks is to maneuver around the enemies. However, we think that it will be fine after getting over this part. With the two Strange Rocks in your hands, you can then insert them inside the helms of the two statues.
