When hitting an enemy with Normal and Charged Attack, the Snow-Tombed Starsilver weapon will have a 60% chance of forming and dropping an Everfrost Icicle above them. This weapon can also deal 80 % AoE ATK DMG. The enemies which are affected by Cryo will receive 360% ATK DMG instead by icicle.

How to Get the Snow-Tombed Starsilver Weapon?
